Methods of the delivery

1. Targeted delivery using the courier service "New Mail" is available throughout Ukraine.

2. Delivery to the post office "New Mail" throughout Ukraine.

The order is processed within 1-2 days from the date of registration.

The delivery time of the order by the services of the New Mail service is from 1 to 3 days.

The buyer has the right to carry out a thorough inspection of the order at the time of its delivery.

After sending the order, we send the invoice number. It is possible to track an order by invoice on the New Mail service website or in the New Mail application.

3. Pickup

Pickup is carried out at the office: Spiridonovskaya St., 31, Odessa, Ukraine - on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00.

Pickup is subject to prior approval of the order with our manager.

4. Delivery to the Delivery department throughout Ukraine.

The order is processed within 1-2 days from the date of registration.

The cost of delivery to the Delivery branch is 150 UAH.

Delivery time of the order by the Delivery service is from 1 to 3 days.

The buyer has the right to carry out a thorough inspection of the order at the time of its delivery.

After sending the order, we send the invoice number. It is possible to track an order by invoice on the Delivery service website.

5. Address delivery by courier from the Bex Space store

It is carried out by the BEX SPACE store throughout the city (Odessa). Delivery is carried out from 9:00 to 18:00 on weekdays by prior agreement with the store manager BEX SPACE.
