Policy on the processing of personal data

1. General provisions

According to the Law of Ukraine of June 1, 2010 2297-VI «On the Protection of Personal Data» (hereinafter - «The Law»), personal data means information or a set of information about a physical person who is identified or can be specifically identified. Under the Privacy Policy, the term "personal information" includes information or part of information that allows you to be identified. As a rule, this includes name and surname, alias (nickname), email address and phone number, may also include information such as IP address. We may obtain such information directly from you, by registering on the site, providing contact information, information obtained from a credit card or payments, and other personal information that you have voluntarily provided to us. The Company respects the confidential (personal) information of all visitors to the site without exception, as well as those who use the services provided by the site; in this regard, the Company, the Operator, seeks to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information or body of information about an individual who is or can be specifically identified)thereby creating and providing maximally comfortable conditions of using the services of the Site to each user.

1.1. The operator sets as his most important goal and condition for the performance of his activity the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms in the processing of his personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrets.

2. Basic concepts used in the Policy

2.1. Automated processing of personal data - processing of personal data by computer;

2.2. Blocking of personal data - temporary cessation of processing of personal data (except if processing is necessary to clarify personal data);

2.7. Operator - the public authority, municipal body, legal or natural person organizing and (or) jointly with other persons processing personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (transactions) performed with personal data;

2.8. Personal data - any information relating directly or indirectly to a certain or defined User of the website https://bexspace.com/;

2.9. User - any visitor to the website https://bex-space.com/;

2.10. Provision of personal data - actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons;

2.11. Dissemination of personal data - any action aimed at disclosure of personal data to an undetermined circle of persons (transmission of personal data) or at familiarization with the personal data of an unlimited number of persons, including publishing personal data in the mass media, posting in information and telecommunication networks or providing access to personal data in any other way;

2.12. Transborder transfer of personal data - transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to the authority of a foreign state, to a foreign natural or foreign legal person;

2.13. Destruction of personal data - any action that results in the permanent destruction of personal data with the impossibility of further recovery of personal data content in the personal data information system and (or) The material holders of personal data are destroyed.

3. Operator may process the following personal data of the User

3.1. Name, first name, patronymic;

3.2. E-mail address;

3.3. Telephone numbers;

3.4. The site also collects and processes anonymised data about visitors (incl. files «cookie») with the help of Internet statistics services (Yandex Metric and Google Analytics and others).

3.5. The above data is hereinafter grouped under the Personal Data.

4. Purposes of personal data processing

4.1. The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to inform the User by sending e-mail; to provide the User with access to services, information and/or materials contained on the website.

4.2. The Operator also has the right to notify the User about new products and services, special offers and various events. The user can always refuse to receive information messages by sending a letter to the Operator e-mail address info@bex-space.com with the mark «Refusal of notifications about new products and services and special offers».

4.3. Anonymised data of Users, collected by means of services of the Internet statistics, serve to collect information on actions of Users on the site, improve the quality of the site and its content.

5. Legal grounds for processing personal data

5.1. The Operator processes the User’s personal data only in case of their filling and/or sending by the User himself through special forms located on the https website://bex-space.com/. By filling out the appropriate forms and/or sending your personal data to the Operator, the User expresses its agreement with this Policy.

6. Procedures for the collection, storage, transmission and other processing of personal data

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of the current legislation in the field of personal data protection.

6.1. The operator shall ensure the preservation of personal data and shall take all possible measures to prevent access to personal data of unauthorized persons.

6.2. Personal data of the User will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the implementation of the current legislation.

6.3. In case of detection of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them by sending to the Operator a notification to the e-mail address of the Operator info@bex-space.com with the mark «Updating of personal data».

6.4. The processing time for personal data is unlimited. The User may at any time withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data by notifying the Operator via e-mail to the e-mail address of the Operator info@bex-space.com with the mark «Revocation of consent to the processing of personal data».

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data

7.1. The operator must ensure that the rights of the subjects of personal data are fully protected by the foreign State in whose territory the personal data are to be transmitted before the cross-border transfer of personal data begins.

7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data in the territory of foreign countries that do not meet the above requirements, may be carried out only if the personal data subject agrees in writing to the cross-border transfer of his personal data and/or the performance of the contract to which the personal data subject is a party.

8. Final provisions

8.1. The User may obtain any clarifications regarding the processing of his personal data by contacting the Operator via info@bex-space.com.

8.2. This document will reflect any changes to the Operator’s personal data processing policy. The policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced with a new version.
